Very bad experience letting the property out through these guys. I went to them through a reference hoping I will be looked after. But I regret my decision. First they took more than 2 months to the let my house out. They did credit check on the tenant but never shared the out come of credit check with me, later I found out tenant had very bad credit history. I completed 1 year let& management contract with them and decided not to continue with them anymore, they charged me £500 as release fee that they never discussed with me at the start. They never disclosed fully the deposit they took from my te ant, later tenant told me how much they paid. They over charged the maintanance and did 3rd class maintanance work and also never completed the job always left half way to come back and do it but they never came back for that job. They lost full set of my spare keys. All in all 3rd class estate agent to work with. I would recommend you to avoid them at all costs

PSA: Had to post this again, as they have changed their name on Google, so the old reviews don't show. My father still uses the company, the owner of the company is proof, that you should never do business with your family. Especially snakey, untrustworthy, hellish people. ???? Why is it, that you never give us our rent on time? You're lucky my dad won't let us call the police on you, cuz he knows you. Almost every other month the rent is either late or not there at all. Then we have to call you up AGAIN to ask for our LAWFULLY entitled MONEY. So recently (10 days ago) we called you up saying the payment is late again and for 2 months we haven't received anything, lady on the phone says we should receive it in 3 days. ???????? Yeah I'll believe that when I actually see the money see the money in the account. Don't worry after this it won't take long to persuade my dad to call the police on you guys. ???? I hope you choke on our money you owe us.
