I've dealt with Rajeev and Manoj for a few years now. I've always had good service and a good thing to say about them. They're not a corporate and they have a more fair and relaxed independent approach. Manoj has always been honest even if it's not what I've wanted to hear. I always find honestly stop things become issues later on in a contract.
Worst agency I have ever worked with. Not only did they charge me for leaving items in the house that were ALREADY there when I moved in, therefore I did not take with me when I moved because they were not mine, but they kept taking the mick out of me. Took them almost 2 months to accept my claim at DPS, and I had to call the agency over 15 times, asking them to do it, and they kept saying: "it will be done today", "it was done this morning, you should get a confirmation soon" "my colleague will do it when he arrives", literally just stalling and taking as long as possible to NOT give me my money back. I gave in, and let them deduct the amount they requested even though I thought it was ridiculous, because I knew that if I disputed it, they would try to make the process as long as possible, and I needed the money asap. So had to lose some, to at least get SOME of the money back. Very unprofessional staff whenever I called, literally hanging up on my face. Opportunistic agency. From what I can see from previous bad reviews, it was not a one-off. Maybe this is their "work ethic". RUN FROM THIS AGENCY.
