    We were tenants in the maisonette for almost 5 years. That was a nice area with great neighborhoods, though you might track on its low depreviation index by the other adjancent areas. The original maisonette was given neatly and met the basic needs at price of 600. The renting fee was increased 2 times during 5 years to 700, sounding reasonable I guess at this age of inflation. Whenever any fixing was required, they had someone come over to sort it out. Not always rapid, sometimes it took 1 week but they were willing to make even brand new replacement. Before moving out, the checking process took place quite straight forward. Since we maintain it well, I received the full refund from DTS by confirmation of Spectra. Honestly I couldn't ask for more. OMG, I miss that maisonette so much, unless moving to my own house, we woudn't ever unstick ourselves to it. PS: Don't hesitate to ask Spectra to add more appliance/furniture if you'd like to. They definitely got some in their storage. We asked for a fridge and were supplied.

    Let me be honest because I do not wish other to go through what I have been through. I wouldn’t even rate this agency a single star. I rented a property and the majority of the windows did not have keys apart from one window. The biggest window was unlocked for the entire year I lived at the property. I called/emailed multiple times and they would set up dates to fix this but they didn’t show up multiple times. Then they showed up once or twice to stop a leak and fix the windows. Just to give you an idea of the service: the handle that was installed for the other window was put on backwards! I ended up having to leave my most important valuables at my family’s house or friends and storage units because the biggest window remained open until the end of my tenancy. Had to stay over at my family’s house for days because there was water coming in from 2 spots at the studio. This was the worst experience of my life. Save yourself from this. During that year, I never felt more humiliated because it wasn’t like they were eager to help me.

    Spectra exceeded all my expectations as a property agent. I have been looking to get a house on rent for a couple of weeks when I first came across a property advertised by Spectra. From the moment I called in to inquire, I was highly taken up by the level of professionalism, courtesy and efficiency. They clarified all my queries patiently and whenever I needed to know something that they didn’t know off hand, they got back to me promptly after finding it out. They have a streamlined electronic documentation system which is very comprehensive but also quite user friendly. Most of my contact with Spectra was with Gurdip and Sue and they have been extremely friendly and courteous. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Spectra to anyone looking for property services.

    Spectra has been very helpful to me, solved my housing issues seamlessly. Response to facility maintenance from the management team is also spot on. Great work guys.

    All factual information without prejudice, I booked for a viewing on Thursday 14/10 1:30pm lunch time, they sent an emailed changed it to Friday same time at 1:30pm. I work in city centre and have to rush to the property during my lunch break on a Friday. Waited outside for 10 mins, no one show up. Called into their office and they asked me to knock the door and asked the tenants to let me in. It was very very embarrassing as the tenants reluctantly let me in....but to make things worse, the room door was locked. Spectra emailed 20 mins later after I left the property explaining that there were confusion about time. There shouldn't be CONFUSION, you sent me a confirmation email to confirm date/time the viewing!!! I have seen bad property letting agency but never had a no show before until today. They should compensate my travel expenses. I would avoid this property agent at all costs. If this is how they treat their prospective tenants then you can only imagine how they would treat their own tenants.
