Incredible gym. Got all the equipment you need for cardio and/or strength training, so can’t complain. If I lived nearby, this would be my home gym.
It is the same as it's ever been. It's a perfect gym if you are looking to lift heavy things and find knowledgeable people. If you are looking for a sauna or jacuzzi, this isn't the place. It's a proper lifters gym, it's old school, I'm glad it hasn't changed, although I do feel like it used to be bigger, maybe that's just me though.
Very good gym. Great variety of apparatus. I had lots to do. I found machines that I'd never seen before However, toilets are filthy. The majority of the clientele didn't flush the toilet. The music is quite bad. The dance music I can understand, but the London gangster rap stuff is horrible.
Great old school gym. Fantastic range of machines and weights. Good cardio area. Glad I switched from the commercial gyms to this place. Great atmosphere and people there. Has everything to get in and stay in shape.
A lot of very good equipment. Plenty of opportunities for everyone to train. A good shop which I think is important for a gym. Like pretty much every gym, parking is limited. I would recommend better signage outside as its easy drive past. But the gym itself, I can only say excellent.
