Gym is pretty much alright but there is not enough bench press equipment and also there is not low row machine which I find very disappointing as I go to other gyms just because of this. Also the pull down roll machine’s handle are spinning which is making it way harder to hold a grip.
Nice gym with all the equipment you need for a cardio and weight workout but wow this gym is so busy even with all the equipment they have i find no matter what time i go there is always people on the machines i want to use and i could not finish my workout very disappointing i might have to go elsewhere.
Lovely Gym nice people great environment clean and tidy staff alway keen to help great machines and free weights nice spacious area free parking just gets Very very busy no matter what time you go but considering where it is it will and should be and great value for money
