They gave me burnt pizza!! Ordered veggie pizza and the cheese was burnt to the crisp. The only good thing I’ve ordered was the nuggets and cheese bites but overall quality of the food wasn’t up to standard
The madness that is the drive-through of this place. We went there to get a late night meal, there's a queue getting into the car park and a queue for the drive-through, which is a 2 lane that turns into a 1 lane. If you've never been to Big John's and you don't know what to get, it is extremely annoying that the menu screen is constantly changing to an offer advert. The place is super busy, so you're under pressure to put your order in quick. One thing I did notice was a few workers running around the car park trying to find the cars for other orders. I'm sure there should be a better system for that. The food is nice as always, and prices for some items are fair, but other certain items seem extortionate. The turnaround for the food was pretty fast, though.
Desi breakfast presented well quality sadly let down.Paratha cooked from freezer.Chana was tasteless. Omelette was ok. Desi tea ok. Expected a better quality than what I was served. Big john’s is good over all sadly they haven’t mastered the desi breakfast.
If you want a old cod on the block than this is the place to be. They thought by using tape to close the box, the fish would get soft. Hard as bricks as it was cooked last year. Don’t waste your time as consistency isn’t the moto here.
I visited this place with a bunch of friends on NYE. Food - We ordered a lot of food and most of it was quite tasty with the exception of Masala fish and to an extent Veg pizza. Everything else (Chicken Kebab roll, Tandoori Chicken Roll, Chicken Wings, Lamb Kebab) was really good. Service - Extremely slow and almost unresponsive staff. They are quite sweet when you speak with them however, they lack the professionalism required to do the job efficiently and quicky in such a fast paced food joint. Atmosphere - Nothing to boast or complain about.
