Rang for collection as I was in the area, have tryed many other Pepe's mainly Manchester area. Burrito meal £8.99 thought a bit more then up north but it is what it is get there staff behind till looking bored standing around gawping at you. Got my meal left burrito all onion in one section not spread, kidney beans gone off spat it out opened burrito you can see how much effort gone into it, chips refried god knows how manys times take your teeth out how hard and oily they was. Charging £8.99 I should have gone dixies or McDonald's. How they still open God knows. BEWARE.
It was 1am, they deliberately overcharged me- added extra cheese on the wrap ( cant even see any cheese on wrap!), extra peri fries when they were normal- how many others are they overcharging? See pic attached. I complained and I was concerned they're doing it to everyone someone called Sam just said just do what you want- please check your order, they're doing this on purpose
Would never recommend this place. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Went in once never going back. The person in charge of that place needs to reconsider the staff that work there if they want customers to come back. Food is thrown in the bag like, they can’t take a min to put in the bag properly. Honestly it’s a rip off here
