I brought my family here for a bite as we always thought it looked nice, but I am disappointed, the food don't look like pictures not even close I wanted the Oklahoma burger, as it looked great on the website but not at all, the fries were extremely oily, we were served by a lady(black long hair, dark skin, medium size l)she roughly dropped my child tray on the table and the fries scattered on the table and she walked off. We were all shocked. This person has the worst attitude shouldn't be serving people.
You should order from the menue which the receptionist gives you. Then you do it online by yourself and the payment is also online. It was my first time ordering like this and it was interesting ???? Then you choose your seat (it is shown on small stand which is also given by the receptionist). The waitress/waiter will bring your order to your table. The quality was good and the price acceptable.
A comfortable place with a very good menu selection. Staff were very friendly, let us choose any booth we wanted and were happy to help explain the menu & ordering process. The food was tasty, satisfing and very hot! We didn't eat again that day. One star off for food because, while good the food isn't quite as high end as you could get for similar prices elsewhere, but it is a level up from other options near by, and the drinks machines had limited choices. One star off for atmosphere because the floors were weirdly slippery (like they were coated in butter) and they had an eclectic music selection playing which was a bit odd at times. Nice bonus was the toilets were clean.
It was a Tasty Burger! Freshly prepared in a quick time. Friendly and efficient staff. Not the cheapest but reasonable for better flavours and quality. Would return and recommend.
Great amazing burgers, never had a bad burger from this place, Amazing standard's and staff are always friendly and polite, just a small issue on last visit, the drinks machine was not working properly. We asked if we could have a chilled fizzy drink, which they said was fine. Excellent attitude from management. Thanks for a lovely meal.
