Lovely boutique hotel. Rooms are a good standard. Friendly welcome. Stayed on a room only basis. Nearby pubs and restaurants serving good breakfast options. The hotel is situated near Edgbaston village metro stop. We found the metro was an easy, convenient, and cheap way to get into the city centre. Definitely would consider staying at Edgbaston House Hotel again in the future to explore Birmingham further.
I have been staying at Edgbaston boutique since May on and off and all I can say is wow. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and the owner is so lovely. The whole aesthetic of the hotel makes you feel like you have stepped into a different world and the bath tub is amazing. If you are looking for a gorgeous hotel just outside of the center here is where you should be booking.
Its a really lovely hotel but some of the images are misleading as there is no restaurant or bar, plus the WiFi was not great! There were also no hotel staff onsite (except for check in). The positives are that the rooms are lovely and spotlessly clean. The the decor is quirky but stylish. For me none of the above was an or a real negative and would definitely stay again and would also recommend as it was like having your own private apartment.
The standards of service at your hotel were exceptional. The treatment I received was more than I could ever have hoped for. My late arrival was handled speedily by professional staff members who made me feel so special with their solicitous service. Above all, any demand or issue raised was addressed quickly with a smile on their faces. Will definitely be visiting again! Thank you!
For £126 a night, I wasn't that impressed to be honest. Room was nice and clean, the free standing bath in the bedroom is a great feature. Customer service could be better. For some of us who like to relax with a bit of tv before bed, there's no streaming channels like netflix, which for the price is a basic nowadays
