Everything was seamless from the first call to book through to the final check out. Excellent customer service. Menu was large enough to offer even the fussiest of eaters something to munch on. Staff that made sure that every one had what they needed. Even the dogs felt special. Looking forward to seeing the upgraded lobby area next time we stay.

I'm a IHG member. I always get great service when I stay on business. But I decided to also try on a personal account. The staff were just amazing they couldn't do enough to help. The room we had was clean. Only issues were the hair dryer not working and two of the three sockets in the room not working . Also the air con unit was broken and the flow of air couldn't be adjusted and constantly blowing at the bed. The mattress was very hard. But everything else was very clean and accommodating. Breakfast on the Saturday morning was great Everything was fresh and hot. Sunday when the hotel was nearly full breakfast was a little hit and miss. Had to wait for new items to be brought out this took some time. But again the waiting and breakfast staff were just brilliant. I've stopped in other places in the IHG group and have always had a good experience. But in this case the facilities in the room and the bed let it do n for our two night stay. I will go back there but that's only because the staff truly made the experience great. 11 out of 10 for the staff and breakfast crew 4 out of 10 for the rooms. We spent £155 for the Friday and Saturday night stay. The location is close to Stratford and Warwick. Both 10 mins drive . But I just thought I would share my honest opinion of an experience I had as a regular customer on the IHG app . And this is how I would rate my stay.

I stayed here in November 2022. I was on a short holiday with my bf and chose this hotel for the secluded location. I absolutely loved the staff. One night I brought down some american candy for them to try and they loved it. The lady at the reception was so wonderful. The room was clean and fairly up to date. I would definitely stay here again if I was back in the area.

Disappointing. Our room had no heating in December. A temporary plug in heater was provided, it wasn't sufficient. I asked reception staff for another duvet cover, nothing was available. No follow up was given , despite my asking the receptionist to sort out the situation. The plugs in the room are inappropriate for 2023, nothing by the bed to use with a cpap machine we had to unplug the kettle and luckily the lead stretched across the room far enough. We were in a disability room!! The breakfast was minimum, with not a lot of choice for myself as a vegetarian, just beans and scrambled egg. We were only allocated 30 minutes at a dining table. Then were told we could go back to our room with food??????? My husband said the bacon was undercooked and the sausages were tasteless and cheap. Not a lot good. The only thing that was nice were the croissants. This whole experience was poor.

We stayed at this holiday Inn after visiting Warwick Castle and their Christmas light event. The hotel staff gave us a warm welcome and were very helpful. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices, if I had one quibble, it would be that they had no chocolate spread for the kids croissants! Lol. We will definitely use this hotel again.
