This hotel covertly fine you for using their car park. if you miss the fact that that you need to register your car you will be fined £100. As a frequent hotel guest I am absolutely disgusted at the hotel and the crooked company they use to close the the fine. You spend hours looking around the payment system. My god. How low can you go. £100 for 31 minutes. Where do you hide the signs. Disgrace. Disgrace. Disgrace.
Staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was spotless. Food on the night was nicely presented and tasty. Breakfast was great. Hot breakfast was just what we needed to set us up for the day. Surprisingly quiet for an airport hotel so slept very well
A purely functional stay turned out to be a very enjoyable experience. Professional friendly welcome, clean comfortable rooms and a restaurant to have dinner. As a single female traveler I felt very relaxed safe.
Wasn't overwhelmed with this hotel. Room was good, but upon check in had to wait a long time while all PC's had to be rebooted ? After a long drive and very late arrival, this was a shame. The restaurant was OK, but a very very limited menu. Then having ordered, food was brought out. Unfortunately starter didn't come with the sweet chilli dip as it said on the menu. And I didn't have any cutlery on the table, had to wait for this to be brought out. Then main was brought out, only for it to be the wrong main. Went back and the correct main was brought through. The food was tasty, its just a shame that one person is running reception , the bar and serving food as this naturally detracts from the service level as they are stretched.
