This hotel is a mere 5 minutes from the National Express Digbeth Coach Station and so it was easy to settle into the city quickly. China Town is a few minutes walk away and I strolled there to eat the most crispy, yummy, roast duck and fried rice at one of its restaurants. There is a Tesco Local nearby too, and so I was able to get fruits and drinks from there. New Station is also close by and I walked there to see Ozzy the Bull. Lots of attractions nearby and within walking distance of many bus stops to help you go to different destinations in the city. I'd definitely stay here again. The room was very clean, bathroom facilities well maintained, and bed very comfortable. Basic room, but clean and comfortable and served the purpose I needed it for. Staff at reception were friendly and welcoming, also helpful when I asked for more teabags.
I paid for the super room, clean room but very small. It was tight for two people, paid 80 plus pounds was not worth it. Very Basic hotel, the ladies were very nice at the front desk. No Microwave No Phone in room No Fridge No Free Wifi NO FREE PARKING VERY SMALL IRONING BOARD. Small TV NO INTERNATIONAL OUTLETS IF COMING FROM THE US NO FIRE SPRINKLERS IN ROOM
New design rooms. Hotel perfectly located in the very heart of Birmingham. Easy to find. Smiley faces behind the reception desk. Colourful and vibrant restaurant and well stocked bar. The room was cosy and comfortable. Please note the nearby car park does not offer the discounted price for stay. Was offered an e-voucher
Very clean room and comfortable stay at this hotel. Breakfast in the morning was ok. I got to say all the staff at this hotel are fantastic, everyone I met from check in to check out was so friendly and helpful and that really made the stay for me. Small problem if you have a room on the street side like I did, was that a delivery was taken at 5.45am (not sure for what business) which woke me up, other people I know staying on the same side of the hotel also got woken by the noise. Not the hotels fault nor do I think there's anything they could have done about it.
Very impressed! Rooms clean, all smells lovely and fresh. Booked family room for 4 and all beds comfy and ready on arrival. Room on family floor so no disturbing noises during the night. Fantastic breakfast - full English, pancakes croissants etc! Service was fantastic, very impressed all staff welcoming and organised - 5 star service! Thank you
