I went for lunch and the service was second to none. My friend is gluten and dairy intolerant and the staff came over with the menu to discuss all allergy information and what was available. The food was very fresh and delicious. The best part of all though was seeing that they have kept so much of the Telegraph charm.

A nostalgic trip down memory lane for anybody growing up in Coventry before the News paper offices closed. Many of the period features have been retained in a very sympathetic conversion to a hotel. We stopped in a duplex room, a 1st for us. Its quirky, in a good way a love sporting the 'nods' to the new paper heritage. Like the sporting pink tiles in the bathroom. Excellent location for anything in the city centre. The parking in the NCP multi storey, in not a problem like other has suggested.

Stayed here for two weeks - one week in a king room and one week in the loft style room. Loved the style and theme of the rooms and the hotel! Hotel is well situated to shops and restaurants, shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure, air conditioner worked well! Hotel was also quite quiet at night. Could use some extra storage (drawers / hooks) and some brighter lights. Make sure you put the 'do not disturb' hanger on the door the night before otherwise room service comes knocking quite early. Would stay again!

About time Coventry had a decent hotel .... This is it!!! Located right in the middle of the town centre, it's ideal for the pubs/restaurants or the Belgrade theatre literally over the road. In the building where the Coventry Evening Telegraph used to be printed, it brought back many memories. Rooms were a good size and well furnished .... breakfast was excellent. Only 'gripe' was that there is no parking on site but there is a 24hr car park over the road which is secure. Overall, a most pleasant experience!

Returned to Coventry to visit family and remember the old Coventry evening telegraph offices well. First time staying at the hotel and was very impressed as it is still recognisable as the original building and has lots of information and interesting artifacts about its previous existence. Lovely comfortable rooms, excellent reception and check in, perfect location and the breakfast was excellent quality waiting staff were attentive and helpful Would definitely stay again
