A pleasant one night stay. Convenient (if not hugely attractive) location in central Birmingham. Staff welcoming and helpful. A few minor niggles with the room (shower head needed cleaning/descaling and I found the mattress on the soft side). TV reception in the room was very poor. Breakfast was good.

Walkable distance from city centre and public transport. Comfy bed, TV isn't that great the signal wasn't 10/10 in my room..barely any channels but that's not why I stayed there. I could check in early which was a bonus, I was there for my bday so wanting to get to seeing my family asap.

Spent 4 days here last month. Really great breakfast and good service. Wonderful, helpful and amazing staff. Had afternoon tea with my cousins and Aunties, that was absolutely brilliant! The care of the staff was exceptional. The decor is nice and the location of the hotel, so close to the city centre is brilliant. Sadly, the cleaning of the rooms in this hotel is not up to scratch. We had to get a new room because of the poor state of the bathroom. Hopefully the mgt here finds a way to have the agency staff doing the cleaning to do a better job. Thanks to all the amazing staff working here who were so helpful and kind.

Me and my wife stayed here at the weekend for a night, and we both loved it. The reception staff were friendly and gave us some great locations to go out that night. The room was lovely. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was fairly luxurious. The location was great for our needs. The next morning, the breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was lovely. Central, clean, food great quality and lots of choice for breakfast. We picked it as there was parking close by as detailed on the website and it can be difficult to find parking in a City Centre for a hotel stay. Unfortunately the parking at Moor Street cost us nearly £50, which is more than the advertised £14 on the website. I did reach out to the hotel just after we checked out asking for help to rectify this, but had no response.
