Well what a fantastic place to stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was magnificent. The veiwa not to bad. We only stayed one night but it was the best night we had. Relaxed. Check out was not until 12. Gives you time for that marvellous breakfast to settle. We had breakfast to our room. On my how big. It was massive. Sitting by the window watching the world go be eating a fabulous breakfast. Bliss. Highly recommended. A little pricey but worth pushing the boat out a bit. Warning mini bar very pricey. Thank you.
Great location for a trip to Birmingham - close the station and so handy for trips to town. The room was nice, though experienced a lot of humidity in the room. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, wasn't as much of a range as expected. Turns out we could order some items but no idea what these were! Staff throughout the trip were all helpful and friendly.
Great hotel, the room was lovely, comfy bed and pillows and very clean, bathroom was ok a little dated but clean and functional. Nice selection of hot drinks for free in the room, as well as some free bottles of water which is appreciated. The breakfast was great also, lots to choose from. The location near some fantastic Oriental restaurants was great, I really enjoyed my evening meal near the restaurant. 10/10 would stay again!
I had a nice over night stay due to business trip. Room was clean, service was good, lots of options in breakfast and the view from my room is fabulous. Will stay again.
I attended a seminar here. I didn't stay in a room. The Seminar Room was spacious, clean and soundproofed from outside noise. The food was absolutely excellent, with the Dining Hall the same as the Seminar Room, very clean and tidy. The building is lovely, and the staff approachable and friendly.
