The rooms were not only impeccably clean but also tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail in amenities and room service was remarkable, making my stay truly comfortable. The hotel's central location was a definite plus, providing easy access to key attractions and dining options. The on-site restaurant exceeded my expectations with its diverse menu and delicious offerings. What truly stood out, though, was the staff's commitment to guest satisfaction. They went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met promptly and with a smile.
Location is perfectly situated between train station and the town centre. All staff are lovely and rooms were spectacular. House keeping kept the room tidy and was very polite when I talked to them. Thank you so much for an amazing stay will definitely be back again.
Rooms are nice and clean. Our shower did not have any warm water the first morning but was fixed for our return later that day. Hotel is quiet enough, great and speedy service at the bar. Late night pizza’s are fantastic. Easy access to and from M54 with major retail park a 5 min walk for food, drinks and shopping.
On a positive note staff were superb and very responsive and welcoming. Only towels for one when couple in the double room was an irritation, but no more! Breakfast was more than adequate, not unpleasant but the orange juice had been diluted to such an extent the orange was implied more than experienced. Fine for a one night stay.
Great location to access shops and restaurants. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Yuen and Marta in particular were both lovely servers in the restaurant. The desserts were tasty and came quickly. The room was fine for what we needed, but the window was single glazed which meant we could hear traffic from a busy island. The room also took a long time to warm up.
