For one night... Fine! Positive: the location is right in the city, you can reach everything in 10min Eliza at the reception was very friendly and courteous...like! Negative: First they gave us a room which had a strong cigarette smell. But we changed and they gave us a better one. The beds are very small for 2 persons. But like I said... For one or two nights the price performance ratio is fine.

The Location is very convenient, close to the train station. The staff Elisa is nice and helpful, she let me check in earlier, give me a warm welcoming. The room is a little bit small but with this price is very good. It is clean and beautiful.

easyHotel was in a nice location and less than 5-minute walk from the train station if you exit Birmingham New Street. We was welcomed by Eliza at reception, and she was lovely and polite. Made us feel very welcome and really helped us with other things. Our room was clean, and the layout was quite nice compared to other holiday inns. The bathroom was clean. Again thanks to Eliza for proving a good hospitality. She is amazing. Thank You.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and overall, it was a good experience. The room itself was quite small, but it contained everything that was needed. We weren't able to open the windows (or we didn't figure it out), but fresh air came in anyway. The bathroom was small as well, but everything was very well cleaned and working. Sadly, the WiFi wasn't functioning at the time due to technical difficulties. However, Eliza at the reception was very friendly and helpful. She assisted us with all our problems and solved them quickly. The location of the hotel is perfect. It's about a 3min walk to the New Street Station, from where you can travel to many places within and outside of Birmingham. Also, if you're a fan of The Peaky Blinders, there's a fantastic artwork of the characters just around the corner from the hotel. Overall, I can recommend this hotel. The room wasn't perfect, but as it's a 1-star-hotel, you can't really expect suite-like rooms. Also, considering the location and the friendly staff, it's really worth a stay. Again, thank you to Eliza for helping us and talking to us about our 'adventures' during our stay. You really made our stay.

My husband and I recently stayed here for the weekend and I would highly recommend it! While we picked the budget option of the room with no windows, the very kind man at check in asked if we wanted one on the 3rd floor with a velux window. The room was small (as expected) but it was very cleverly planned out. Lovely hot shower too. The hotel has to be one of the cleanest places I've stayed. I actually went looking for dust at one point out of curiosity and I couldn't find any! Very impressed ???? Amazing location (just a couple of minutes to the Christmas Market), very friendly and helpful staff, spotless room, and a great price. All thumbs up here! We will be back ????
