Not great experience, When checking in, you feel as if you were served by a McDonald's kiosk, without any emotions and only the desire to add something to the bill. The room and bathroom need a little refreshing. At check-out, the staff focused more on conversations between themselves than on the customer. Great location with large paid parking.

Fantastic hotel. Great service and food. Got booked for work, so didn't pay for it myself. The location seems fine to me, just staying in the hotel so have somewhere to stay whilst in training. The rooms where lovely and breakfast and evening meal where pretty good. Enjoyed my stay. Thank you

I attended the venue for an event for a day. Reception staff were very patient and helpful. Catering staff were very considerate and kind. Food and drink prices were a little high for what I'm used to, but the quality of the food was very good.

Whats the point of having a kettle when no plug next to it have to use bedside shelf which has lights above which aint safe when steam hits it. Was supose to get 5 drink tokens and a evening meal but didn't instead spent £22 on a latte and a classic burger which was pretty greasy for being prime beef. If it wasn't for the staff being pleasant and helpful the experience would of been worse than a Premier Inn. On the plus side the breakfast was spot on sausages were lovely and bacon was very tasty a scrambled eggs were lovely only thing missing was fried bread and fried eggs ????

A great weekend as part of the Midlands Accordion Festival organised by Barry Smith. The staff were smart and helpful in all areas of the hotel. Only one concern, the disability ramp at the entrance to the hotel is uneven, rough not maid properly and overhanging branches and weeds and not really safe for disability use perhaps it could be sorted out for 2024. Thank you.
