Very good value for money as usual and breakfast was very good. Negatives - Shower head wasn't staying up so had to improvise. Hallway outside room smelt of cannabis one night and then urine the next day. Would be nice if Travelodge could put higher up locks on the doors in their family rooms as to stop toddler from opening. Also lock in bathroom door wouldn't go amiss. Couldn't fit toddler bed rail guard on to the bed as mattress is stuck to the frame. Phone signal not great. However, friendly staff and convenient location. Would stay again.
Went with our family for one night to the black country museum. The service and rooms were lovely. The staff were excellent to the point one member Marie lent us an umbrella. Breakfast was fantastic. We are very impressed with our stay and recommend to anyone thinking of staying. Many thanks from Dave and Pat Burrows and the Higginsons
Great, fresh and clean. Quiet, next to Black Country Museum , walking distance to Dudley Zoo and Castlegate entertainment and eating. Definitely use again
Booked one night here because we visited the Black Country museum which is literally next door so is ideal! Basic hotel, comfortable bed, room and bathroom clean. Towels really soft and nice. Staff were polite and accommodating. Couldn’t ask for more really. Worth the £28 paid
We came up from London for a few days to visit the local zoo and museum, we picked this hotel because of the location. Perfect ???? Rooms clean and tidy, staff helpful and friendly. WiFi not included and you have to pay but not a big deal. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend to our friends to stay there.
