Extremely disappointed with the service provided with new (private) patients. I was recommended to come to this practise, however due to unforeseen reasons I had to cancel my appointments. Deposit charges were taken and I cancelled 3 weeks ahead of time. I have been awaiting my refund of £100 for 4 weeks now. Service and communication here is appalling with the manager who still hasn’t returned the refund.
I recently scheduled a new private patient appointment with this dentist practice, despite the availability being a few weeks away. Just an hour before my appointment, I received a call informing me that it had been cancelled. I contacted them a few days later to reschedule, but once again, there were no available appointments for several weeks. I received another call, a week or so before my rescheduled appointment, cancelling it again. The wait time for a new appointment was frustratingly long, so I requested a refund of my deposit. However, since October, I have been waiting for the deposit to be returned, despite multiple follow-up calls. Each time, I'm told that they will make a note and pass it to the manager, but no action has been taken. This is concerning and unethical, especially considering that I'm not the only one facing this issue, as I can see from other Google reviews. It feels like they are essentially taking people's money without providing the promised service.
Excellent communication from this surgery, very regular reminders of appointments, text and email.Only a check up this time so no information l can give about any dental procedures but good verbal tips about dental care, hygiene and brushing by the practitioner.
Fantastic experience with this surgery all round; Dr.Ravi Padda did an amazing job, my teeth have never looked so good, as well as all his dental nurses made me feel very at ease during the whole process, also a big thanks to Chrissy for helping me look at all my options & finding what suited me best. Can't say thank you enough, the whole experience has changed my life
Currently dealing with bad toothache and nerve pain. I initially received an emergency appointment on monday and prescribed antibiotics. The dentist advised he would get me in on the Saturday for extraction, first he would check with the boss!!. I received no update throughout the week despite a chase up call the Wednesday and again today Friday morning. I chased again this afternoon due to the surgery due to close, only to be told by the receptionist that there are no appointments for Saturday. She then advised it would be the following Saturday, then back tracked on that saying they couldn't do this either. They offered 30th September. As my tooth is damaged to the point of suffering nerve pain this was incredibly frustrating, there is an attitude of not caring, nothing they can do. At 17.40pm on Friday evening it leaves me no options to try and seek an alternative dentist to help. I understand the bad rep dentists have in this industry today, very little patient care, all about the money and whether it suits them.
