Had my braces done through Kerry and she was lovely throughout. Ellie then did my scan for my retainers and she was lovely to talk to and very professional. Sanaa did my fitting and she was also fantastic. Great team and fantastic at making you feel at ease, especially given I used to HATE going dentist and now I simply don’t mind.
Ellie was my main point for contact for my recent treatment. Firstly I am particularly scared of the dentist, but she made me very relaxed and calm. She constantly checked my understanding of what was happening, she was explaining as we went along. She has been consistently professional and friendly thank out. Thanks for your service.
I was seen by Ellie recently for a scan for teeth whitening. Ellie clearly explained the procedure and this helped me to feel more relaxed. I had my young daughter with me, and Ellie kindly allowed her to colour in whilst she was doing my scan which kept her distracted. I would recommend Ellie and look forward to returning for my treatment.
The dentist removed the wrong white filling (by accident) and replaced it with a silver one., convincing me it had always been that way. I did get an apology, but since I have become so self conscious of these black fillings (as I have a few) and have had comments on my new visible fillings . I wish I had a white replacements as it wasn’t the correct tooth in the first place.
