I have started to have pretty bad dental anxiety in recent years, particularly around feeling like I couldn't swallow etc, and was really stressed about getting a filling. I explained how I felt to Bhupinder and he was so brilliant at calming me down. He was incredibly patient, allowing me to have breaks when I needed to, and the whole experience was completely fine! I'm happy to say that I feel confident to go back and have further treatment now if I need to. Having a compassionate and highly-skilled dentist makes the world of difference, highly recommend ☺️
Had an appointment with Harpreet and received amazing care. So friendly and explained everything from my routine check up to composite bonding. Took the time to show me what the process looks like and what the end result could be - explained all the pros and cons and didn’t pressure me to make any decisions! Would have all my future dental care at this practice, highly recommend
From the time you walk into the reception you feel welcomed. The receptionist are friendly and helpful whether that’s face to face or over the phone. We saw Harpreet today who was absolutely amazing with my 2 autistic sons. She is very understanding of their needs and gives them time. It’s always a very relaxing atmosphere which helps greatly with their anxiety. She is a genuinely lovely person with us all. We have also seen Bupinder who is just as patient. I have recommended Walmley Dental Practice to others who have since swapped to this practice. I would 100% recommend.
My family and I have been going to Walmley Dental Practice for over 10 years. The ladies at reception are always very welcoming. Recently had to be seen for a chipped tooth and I was able to get an appointment very quickly and Harpreet carried out the repair for me. I was made to feel at ease and although it was a length process it didn’t actually feel that long. Harpreet has always been amazing with my kids as well, making them feel at ease about going to the dentist. Highly recommend the practice!
In June I had to have on of my teeth removed and was advised that it would be a very difficult extraction and could possibly require removal at the dental hospital. Thankfully Bhupinder was able to complete the extraction (much to my relief) at the practise. As ever wonderful service. Thank you
