Rubbish dental centre. Have no value for other people’s time. I have always waited for 30 mins from my actual appointment time and I always reach 10 mins before my appointment so basically in total I am sitting there 40 mins in the waiting area. They have no respect for people’s time. And the people who are late for their appointment they send them in your time and make you wait. What a rubbish service and if you complain they will tell you “You can leave, if you want”.
I am generally a nervous person but my dentist (Dr Alisha Ubhoo) makes me feel at ease. She explains all procedure to be undertaken and answers any questions I may have. She also ensures I am happy with the outcomes. She ensures she is happy with the work she has done herself.
We’ve used this dentist continually since arriving in Birmingham in 2014. They provide consistent high quality NHS treatment for us. We are very happy with the reception staff who are friendly and helpful. My dentist Denisha and her dental nurse worked seamlessly together this morning to provide me with a new filling despite me being a big baby about having work done. They are a caring practice and I am very happy to have a local dentist that I can walk to as I live in the city centre. (Although public transport is available and parking is too).
I highly recommend Edgbaston Dental Centre. I have been attending for many years and have always had a positive experience, no matter what issues I have presented with. I moved away some years ago, however kept this as my practice due to the care and professionalism I have experienced. I have been treated by different dentists at the practice, all of whom have been professional and knowledgeable. In particular I'd like to thank Dr Kieran Bhakta, for his patience and also his gentle, calm manner. He treated me yesterday as an emergency and ended the pain I had been enduring. As always, Kieran kept me fully informed and made me feel at ease. I am very grateful to consistently be in such safe hands. Thank you!
