I have been a patient at this practice for a number of years and have always found them to be caring and professional. Had my first appointment at their new location today. It's slightly nearer to town than the old location and is very smart and spacious. I'm sure that the treatment there will be as efficient as the old one.
It was our first visit and all the staff at Rock Dental Practice were kind, caring and helpful. Very professional treatment and excellent advice given. Went to rock house as struggling my nhs dentist to repair my slightly broken filling without them drilling out the entire tooth as they said it was major dental work. Rock house were absolutely brilliant, fitted me in and got it sorted with just a minor repair. Aron was really reassuring and very professional. I was so impressed I’m now moving to them to look after my teeth from now on.
I’ve been with Rock Dental for a long time. Today I went for a review of a root canal done last year by Dr Kristlee Fernandes. When it was done I couldn’t believe how painless the whole procedure had been. Kris put me at ease and was very gentle. All went well at today’s review so I know he did an excellent job. The practice is now at its new location (273 Tettenhall Road, Wolverhampton), which is beautifully appointed, spacious, warm and welcoming. All the staff are so friendly and helpful.
Having had a hard time with my last dentist I rang Rock House and was delighted that within a couple of rings the phone was answered. Receptionist listened intently to my problem and asked if could be there within the hour. Upon my arrival found plenty of car parking space. I was greeted by name and requested to fill in form with my personal details. Then at the appointed time I was seen by the dentist. He gave a thorough examination and X-rays. He was very cooperative and professional. He outlined a course of treatment required which I found most informative as my old dentist had not identified any of my problems. The whole experience was lovely and everyone was so nice. They obviously care about their patients and took me on as a new patient.
