As soon as I approached the reception desk I was asked if the car outside the window was mine as they could fine me. I politely replied that I was just given a lift and that they were living. As I was speaking we saw that the car was already living the premises and I told them again that the car was already leaving. As I finished the sentence I was again approached by another young staff member about the same issue who repeated the same thing stating that they were just trying to help me as I could get fined. I simply said again that the green car was already living and she replied again to the other staff members that she was only trying to help as if I had been rude. As my first time experience here, I felt these ladies new very little about how to welcome or smile at new visitors. None of them three gave me a welcoming smile and I felt immediately a bad feeling about being there. I was dealt with as a rude person for no reasons. I was given directions to the waiting room in a cold manner and I could hear how they were poorly talking about me behind my back. Furthermore, if the car is already leaving as we speak, why are you insisting that they would give me a fine? How are people supposed to access the premises then, if they can't even drop on and off? I understand that being 5 months pregnant could take me a few extra seconds to step out of the car, but you still have to act professionally right? The rest of the visit was quite good.

The practice is brilliant. Neetan whom I see is just great. I was a nervous patient when I first met him and needed extensive work doing. With a plan in place it was an overall good experience. Highly recommended ????

The staff are absolutely amazing especially Elle when I rang for an emergency appointment she was able to get me in the next day also is knowledgeable and always helpful to find the answer. She also mentioned she will write in the notes to have my teeth clean. However, this is the first dentist I have seen that are so reluctant to doing a scale and polish for patients. Straight away they push you in seeing a hygienist. If they can't do the basic scale and polish for you as a patient it must mean its not required however they are very quick in saying see a hygienist, which you have to pay for £79. I am very disappointed at this outcome. If a hygienist is required surely that means they should do the basic of a scale and polish. Also this is one of the expensive dentist for seeing a hygienist. I shopped around and realised other dentists are a lot cheaper. I wil be booking another check up in 6 months and will see if they will do a scale and polish this time. If not I will be changing the dentist. I was left disappointed.

Absolutely shocked at the way I was treated on the phone today. Called to book an appointment, was told that due to missing SEVERAL appointments without notice , I am no longer allowed at the Dental Surgery. I completely understand that missing appointments without notice is unacceptable and wastes the time of the Dentist and I feel bad about it but I had plausible reasons. I missed TWO appointments by the way, but you'd think by the way they were speaking to me, that I had missed 10 appointments. One of my reasons was being very ill and in the hospital for several weeks and I could not pick up the phone to call in and the very first one was missed as I was relying on a text message reminder from them which I did not receive. She says the message was sent so in a nutshell not their problem. And when I made the second appointment after missing the first one, there was no warning or notice that If I missed this second one I would be expelled by the way. I explained this and not one ounce of empathy was shown. Even offered to provide proof of being at the hospital. I asked if I could see another dentist, and was told that once dismissed from one dentist, no other dentist will see me. So essentially I am no longer welcomed at the practice for missing TWO appointments with good reason. I am absolutely shocked. No customer service, no empathy. If this was a private appointment, I would have respected this decision. But refusing a patient NHS treatment doesn't sound right to me and so I will be seeking advice from the Integrated Care Board (ICB) and Dental Complaints Service.

Best dentist I've ever been to. Not only reassuring and good service but actually enjoyable. Grateful to have this as my local dental surgery!
