Very good services and a friendly atmosphere. They've provided a good plan for me in a decent time frame and are able to see you pretty quickly if you have any urgent issues. Happy with the treatment so far and looking forward to seeing the final product soon.
Considering the amount of good reviews this dental practice has received, we are really disappointed with the lack of reasonability shown by the management. We were scheduled in an appointment for the 8th September as a family including our 3 year old. Unfortunately our 3 year old contracted foot and mouth therefore we did managed to change the appointment earlier in the week with no issues. The night before our appointment our youngest child contracted the disease. We tried to do the reasonable thing by contacting the practice the same day to re-arrange our appointment, for when the little ones were all better. Unfortunately we were faced with a challenging manager named Anna who wasn’t very understanding. She wanted to charge a cancellation fee which we were not happy with as we wanted re-arrange and not to cancel overall. After some back and forth I advised them in that case, we will be attending the appointment as me and my wife have no symptoms and it was just the children. We turned up to the appointment today and we were refused to be seen. We were told that we would not be seen and we would not be able to get our deposit back. 1) The issue was out of our control and we were thinking of the staff members safety when calling to re-arrange 2) The customer service could really do with some improvement and common sense to be used 3) There were no T&Cs provided to state deposits are non returnable We hope you will do the right thing and refund our deposit. Alternatively we will seek to obtain our refund via the banks. I understand you have a business to run as you mentioned on the phone, however eventualities and sickness do occur. Today you have lost a local customer for the sake of some cancellation fees. Please use the above feedback as a positive to improve service delivery as we are aware you have only recently opened. Rikki is a wizard when it comes to dentistry. I do a 90 mile round trip to see him and the team. Where other dentists have failed, Rikki has always come up trumps. Highly recommended.
I booked an appointment with these guys and paid £70 deposit. I received a text saying I could cancel/ rearrange within 48 hours of appointment. Unfortunately I had to cancel the appointment, I done this within 4 days so well within the time slot. I struggled to get back my deposit back and have just got £50 refunded a week later. A little unfair as it was well within the time stated. Just reviewing so other people are aware as I wasn’t
Affordable, professional and quick! I needed my lower wisdom tooth out and had to wait 12 months on the NHS. It kept getting infected so I sought private treatment. I was nervous about coming as the prices seemed cheaper than other places I had looked. It was a really positive experience. I was asked if I had any questions and told about pricing. The dentist even took my tooth out the same day which was so convenient as I have limited childcare. The dentist was kind and efficient and I was emailed detailed aftercare instructions. Would highly recommend!
