My husband went for a a check up- scale and polish and said they were 'rough'. Thinking maybe he was possibly over exaggerating (he never does but maybe in this instance I thought he was as he'd not been to a dentist for quite a while) I booked as I had a cavity, it was painful and needed a scale and polish too. The receptionists were really lovely and helpful - however, I couldn't believe how unreasonably rough the dentist was from the fillings to the scale and polish. While they were drilling in my mouth, I was offered no anesthetic until nearly most of the way through the procedure! I never knew it was even an option. I have never written a bad review on here but my personal experience was rough, ragged like a rag doll and not one care that it was painful. My genuine, honest review - I won't be returning. I had no fear of dentists but I will be more cautious now due to this experience. This was in the last 6-8 months or so.

Amazing dentist. I take my children and have done for around 2 years but I went for my first appointment today as a new patient. My dentist was really thorough, she explained my treatment options going forward and gave my teeth good clean. I didn’t feel rushed and was well looked after. She was the same dentist who treated my children last week and she’s lovely. Reception staff are super helpful, too.

Absolutely awful experience. I saw a woman dentist, my first visit to the practice. I took the time to explain my last experience at a dentist had been traumatic and I was extremely nervous and anxious so much so I hadn't been to a dentist for 11 years. She proceeded to sit me down and prod my teeth, missing my tooth and sticking the sharp tool into my tongue! She then butchered my teeth for a scale, didn't appear interested when I asked her to stop as she was hurting me, sat me up and said you'll have to come back and have anaesthetic, you shouldn't have left it so long. I asked her to try again and she again just proceeded to butcher my teeth leaving the back with all sharp edges and bleeding gums. She said make another appointment at the desk if you want to or ask for another dentist. I asked to be taken off the books when I left as I would not be returning, I left that surgery in tears. No wonder they have spaces to take on patients when no other dentists have appointments.

Just had my 6 month check up. It's safe to say I will not be returning! The receptionist was rude and arrogant, didn't even get greeted upon arrival, just walked straight past me, and then I had a "have you got an appointment?" I don't think I was in the checkup room for 2 minutes. Quick look at my teeth, and I mean a 5 second look.. "Yeah, they're sound come back in 6 months." That was literally it! Absolute waste of £26.80!
