Have been to Teeth&Face 3 times now and received great service each time. Some dental clinics (both NHS or private) rush you and the check ups that you pay full price for only last 5 minutes but not with this one - the team take their time, make sure to talk you through it all so that you feel 100% comfortable, they educate and don't shame nor make you feel awkward, everyone's lovely ???????? The clinic is spotless and well decorated, so makes you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in, giving luxury vibes. Reception staff is always helpful and kind too, phone lines are never jammed. Can be a bit pricy compared to your regular down the road private dentist, but well worth the price for the service you receive, so definitely recommend! Haven't had any major dental or face work done but I'm sure all is done to great standard ❤️????????
I had an appointment for the silver hygiene treatment, and from the moment I arrived, Jasmine, the patient concierge, greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. During the treatment, Dal, the dental hygienist, and Alice were both friendly and approachable. Dal thoroughly examined my teeth and explained each step of the process. I couldn't be happier with the service I received; it was a perfect 10/10 experience.
This has been one of the best experiences I have had at a dentist practice. I had a consultation with Dr Gurprit, and it went as smoothly as I could have hoped for. During the treatment, Dal- the dental hygienist- and Alice were both friendly and approachable. Dal thoroughly examined my teeth and explained each step of the process with professionalism. Jasmine, as the receptionist, was incredibly attentive to the needs of clients, including me. This was my first time recieving treatment at a private practice, and I'm looking forward to my next visit. More blessings to you all ????
Highly recommend it. Went for a clean and Dal did an amazing job. Never had a clean as good as this. Was so impressed that now I will use Dal as my regular dentist. Also great service from Jasmine and Alice - very friendly staff.
Dal is an absolute gem. She took her time in educating me about my teeth and gums. I felt comfortable with her. I had a 30 mins clean and I was very happy with it all. Cannot wait to continue the journey to healthier teeth. Officially moving to Teeth and Face to be my dentist. thank you to Jasmine as well.
