I arrived at Scott Arms for an emergency out-of-hours appointment, I was in absolute agony with terrible toothache. Dr Imran welcomed me as soon as I arrived with no waiting times or delays whatsoever, he took the time to listen to me, did a few x-rays and then came up with a sensible treatment plan straight away! The whole procedure was absolutely pain-free, which is amazing. Dr Imran and his lovely dental nurse Adela made me feel very safe and they were extremely professional and knowledgeable, I feel very lucky to have been under their care tonight. I am now back home pain-free and comfortable, ever so grateful to them both. I wholeheartedly recommend this dental surgery, many many thanks!
Tyler is absolutely brilliant. I had my teeth cleaning and polishing done today by Tyler. He is very good and efficient at what he does. You can definitely tell when someone works with passion and thrives to deliver the utmost care to his patients. Highly recommend. Well done to the team. I’ll come back again in a few months.
I have to admit that I haven't been looking after my teeth and this being my first visit in over 10 years shows. I went for a scale and polish with Tyler and he was very professional and encouraging. Tyler spent 1 hour on my teeth which I have never received in the past. I cannot believe the level of detail he put to restoring my teeth. I feel like a new lease of life was given to me. I truly believe the reviews and referral I was given for this surgery, it's by far the best. The staff throughout are brilliant and inviting. I have recently changed to Scott Arms Dental Practice. My faith in UK dental treatment provision is restored. I feel safe and very well looked after. Both Dr Higgins and Dr Gahir and their nurses have been amazing, understanding and patient with me. I needed emergency dental help this weekend and was able to get a filling done on a Sunday!!! I no longer have to worry about waiting weeks to see a dentist.The practice is very well equipped and all the staff are very friendly and professional. Fantastic service all round. Thank you.
Came here on New Year’s Eve with my partner as he had severe tooth ache. It was a fantastic experience as this was our first time attending this practice. All treatments options were clearly explained Thoroughly and you are made to feel at ease and we both found the staff to be friendly and welcoming.
