I've been with thus dentist for over 15 years. I found the receptionist rude and entitled. It took days to get thought to book appointment. Got the appointment and didn't get usual call day before appointment and missed it. Took me days to get them back again to rebook. Had a car accident could make the appointment couldn't get though to cancel. When eventually got through and was told by said receptionist that I could no longer use the dentist unless i went private paid for the service. Now. I have previously paid this dentist over £2000 in treatment and the dentist himself is okay but the service is not good one phone line is inadequate for a dental service . Most importantly the receptionist needs to be approachable to all not just those that's she likes Not impressed will happily find another dentist that provides a good over all service Update Received a email requesting further details on my experience. I provided my name and address D.O.B. Then I receive a letter dated 13.12.23. I have witnessed a parent of an autistic child be grilled in reception area over her requirements for the child. She was horrified at the way she was questioned I have witnessed patience been denied NHS treatment but offered private.. I have a right to make a review and it's based on what I saw and what happened to me. Your letter is indicative of your reception service which I found to be I adequately staff with an inadequate number of telephone and inadequately trained, unapproachable, sometimes rude entitled staff.
I made Dr Faizan aware of previous bad experiences with other dental practices when I went to see him about Invisalign. He was calm, empathetic and explained everything clearly and calmly checking I was ok and offering breaks throughout treatment. Compared to other dentists, I never felt rushed or silly for my anxieties. I was really pleased with the outcome and The treatment was pain and hassle free with appointment times and availability to suit and SMS reminders. Great service from the reception team to the dental team.
An amazing dental experience from Dr Faizan and his nurses, I couldn’t have asked for a more comforting dentist! He explained every step of the Invisalign process in great detail and made every visit a good and relaxed experience. I couldn’t be more happy with the results of the full process and I would 100% recommend Aldridge Road Dental Practice to anyone :)
