Was referred here from our regular dentist. My daughter needed gas as she’s 9 and needed 2 tooth removed. The dental nurse named Charlotte was amazing. So kind to my daughter and got her booked in straight away. Charlotte also ensured she stayed with my little one after the initial consultation thought to extraction. I can’t thank her enough for her reassurance and kindness - you have one fantastic member of staff there! The dentists were both brilliant too really gentle and thorough. Thank you so much
I recently had a tooth extraction and filing done at this dental clinic, and I must say I am thoroughly impressed with the professional and efficient service I received. The principal dentist and the other lady dentist both demonstrated expertise and care throughout the procedures. The removal and filing were done with precision, and I appreciate the thoroughness of their work. The entire staff was friendly, creating a positive and comfortable atmosphere. Very prompt to be seen, thank you, listened to, explored options very quickly by two other dentists opinions on the x ray, had two x rays, so that was very helpful, sadly had to have an extraction, Amar was attentive and gentle I asked for the gel that children have and I really only felt the smallest bit of the injection, really good. An extremely busy place about 50 in reception I think, the ladies loo need reviewing regularly, it let the practice down, especially as hygiene is extra necessary in a medical facility, no soap or hand drying and very sorry to say not clean. But overall for teeth and a dreaded experience, it worked out well for me. I always want professionals to show their finesse in their skills, and kindness even if they are exceptionally busy, because it’s not every day we have a tooth out. Thank you.
Excellent dentist, was put at ease and my dentist and his assistant were lovely. I was comfortable and my dental work was done before I could even realise. I felt nothing and I'd go back again (if I needed more work which I don't). Everything went smoothly and I'd recommend to anyone. Some of these reviews are about waiting and cancelling, but if you were that desperate for the work to be done, you'd wait and not complain. But hey ho, no complaints from me. All good
I had a tooth extracted this morning it was carried in very professional way. Both Dentist and assistant were so pleasant and the work was carried without any fuss.Would recommend the practice to anyone. I had a five star service.
