In summary underwhelmed. Chose this practice based on the Google reviews. Good points - Phoned and appointment booked with hygienist within 24 hours. Reception service great. Not so good points - both the hygienist and her assistant had a personality transplant. Devoid of any beside manner. Hard sell from the beginning to the end, of different treatments and options. No explanations of why and pros and cons. To be honest it was also difficult to understand them as there English accent was not great. Just felt that overall experience was a bit cold and I was treated as a customer from whom they tried to extract as much money as possible rather than as a patient.
I've been a patient of Marks for 15 years now. I am an exceptionally phobic patient - and am quite difficult to manage when triggered - and Mark has gone above and beyond to develop my trust so that I can receive treatment. He puts my needs first and for a long time has focused on me maintaining my oral health with minimal treatment by condensing it into one appointment to manage my fear and stress. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Ever. And have referred friends to Mark. The team he has at his surgery are friendly and understanding and very helpful too. I can't recommend enough.
Outstanding Service from the entire team at the dental practice. The level of care and attention to detail is fantastic. The attitude and nature of all the staff here, make it an absolute pleasure to attend. I attend the practice not for the service they provide, but for the result they give me. Simply fantastic!
Being someone who is absolutely petrified of going to the dentists has resulted me in having gum decease. I came across Mark Tangri on social media and straight away he caught my attention as he hit home with all the things I wanted to hear giving me comfort and confidence. I then booked a consultation and from the time I walked in to the time i left I have never felt so comfortable and supported from a dentist. I have since had treatment and have never looked back. I highly recommend this practise100 times over.
I had a good experience. I am 14 and having braces with another practice and had to have teeth removed. Some of my teeth were extra teeth and buried under my gums deep in the bone. I had sedation to remove these teeth. I felt comfortable and safe. I recommend this place and so does my mom and family.
