I booked an appointment. One was available for the next day which was kind of them. An hour later realised that I have a hospital appointment as was just contacted. Phoned the dentist an hour later. No answer after several attempts. The next day I rang again a few hours before so the slot could be taken by someone else, the chap said he received the voice mail but there will now be a £40 charge on the account. Sounds a bit like a takeaway response than health care. Bare in mind that I'm 75 with health issues. Goodbye Perry Park Dental care.
The man at the front desk is as ignorant as they come! Can’t believe such an uneducated, ill mannered man has a job tbf! Ruins the rep of any decent dentist working there ! Not going to use this surgery; though the dentist herself was recommended. Found myself a brilliant dentist in Sutton instead !
Very abusive male receptionist who sounds very feminine. Whilst not being able to understand ‘it’ he proceeded to shout down the phone. I told him calm down and he then ended the call. Once again I feel ‘it’ needs a lesson in respect and needs some training as they are clearly unable to do they’re job correctly. Definitely avoid this place.
