Property link have been managing my property for many years. I have never had a problem. Staff are always polite and keep you updated with what’s happening at your property.
Very unprofessional and rude. Wanded me to sign a tenancy agreement for a property which he had no details of and then when I requested for him to email me the tenancy agreement and what he wanted me to do he never did. So when I emailed him they never replied back then when I phoned him to ask about the emails and why he never replied back to me he did not want to give an answer and started being rude then cut the phone so l rang back then he replied back that I do not have to talk to you or reply back to your emails which is very unprofessional and rude to do when it was them that wanted me to sign a tenancy agreement. What a rude person and very disappointed as a business with that kind of behaviour and harassment when they were the ones that contacted me for they needs but had no clue how to handle the situation and what he was trying to do and that person is Muhammed basharat that's what he claimed to be from property link b9 as the phone number and email were confirmed.
Really Bad organisation skills and lack of professionalism . The call handlers seem to not care about the customers as they say they will call you back but never do. Finally received a text saying that a viewing will be taking place for the very next day (which is extremely short notice..) nevertheless we took the trip there only to wait for an agent to turn up with no apology and ultimately just standing there while people nosy around themselves not even bothering to give anybody at tour. When speaking to the agent he seemed to not care or even engage with potential tenants and barely know much about important details. Unfortunately the entire trip was a waste of time as when entering the property you can see that it was a broken down mess of a house (which explains no pictures of the inside). Shame on you for not
staff where very informative and respectful helping us to understand everything we needed to know and our rights as tenants. We dealt with mainly one member of staff who we emailed most of the time with any questions or concerns who responded very quickly and who also rang us with updates. always contacted us via email, phone, letter or a mixture when we were to expect visitations and they worked with us to create the best appointments
