Having started a lease with this company in August, our unit suffered heavy damage in early September what still remains now (28 December). Our unit is currently heavily damaged (no front shutter door) and we have had to make safe at our own expense. Agents and landlord seem to only be interested in income from the units and not the condition of them. I have been given times that works will be done, these have came and past on several occasions with no repairs started. The company's workforce have been present on site but working on units that are about to be let and not heavily damaged existing lets.
