Where to start, Lynn is a fantastic estate agent and would recommend her to anyone. I've dealt with Lynn twice within the last year which we didn't expect. I originally bought a house with Lynn back in November 2019 , where she was in constant contact and answered all our questions and ensured our move went as smoothly as possible. Fast forward 6 - 7 months later I called Lynn and said we couldn't settle in the property and wanted to move back to our originally area, after an initially shock Lynn agreed to resale the property, where again she was as professional as ever and ensured I was updated with every single detail. It was a little battle with solicitors towards the end but Lynn ensured everything was taken care of and pushed for our completion date. You won't go wrong with Lynn, Brilliant :)
We were initially apprehensive about not going with a more commonly used high street agent but Lynn was highly recommended to us so we got in touch. Lynn came round promptly and made us feel at ease and we immediately asked her to market our property. She took amazing photos of the house and her attention to detail both in the pictures and the description was superb! We had viewings booked the next day. Lynn was always at the other end of the phone if needed and within a month the house was sold. You get a lot of service for your money and Lynn didn’t charge as much as the more commonly used high street agents. She’s friendly and not pushy. We recommended Lynn to our parents and she sold their house too!
Where do I begin? Lynn sold us our first house a few years back and because she did a fantastic job we called her to sell it again when we were ready to move on!
