Been renting for 6 years with the agency they have split up from the old chain of Kbroman the service has improved staff are brilliant hands down , moved into another accommodation with the agency couldn’t get my electricity sorted went down to the office the young ladies sorted the issue out for me they stayed over in the office past their operating hours really appreciated!! Good honest people they give you realistic repair time information and keep you updated whilst negotiating with landlord for repairs and replacements
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. The worst letting company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They changed the name of their Selly Oak branch from KB Roman (yet it’s still the same company) to try and get away from their awful reputation. We had an issue with reoccurring bedbugs that was not dealt with properly. They tried to blame us for the issue when maintenance failed to sufficiently fumigate the property as per council advice. The house was in poor condition, mouldy and damp. The table and chairs were in awful condition, my bed was broken, kitchen tiles falling apart etc. Also, pretty sure that the rooms are so small they aren’t even meeting legal sizes considering my bedroom had a half a window with a stud wall dividing it. We would be constantly bombarded with house viewings with less than 24 hours notice, including the day before we moved out. Maintenance would come into rooms with people in without any notice, and when we got annoyed at them for doing so they refused to come out to solve any issues. They made unfair deposit deductions with absolutely no reasoning or evidence to back up their claims, and ignored all of our emails to them when trying to get back our deposit. Accused us and tried to charge us for putting things up on the wall that were already there from the start of the tenancy. Communication skills from this company were absolutely appalling throughout the course of the tenancy. Do NOT rent any property from KB Roman or ‘The Property Estate Agents’ or whatever it is they’re deciding to call themselves these days to try and avoid the terrible reputation that precedes them.
Better then my last estate agent they sent maintenance out quickly staff are lovely , when moving out they came around did a free inspection and told us what needed to be done to get our deposit back unfortunately some house members did not act upon advise and had there deposit deposit deducted , I received my deposit back swiftly.
