READ THE REVIEWS - how many of them are happy with their service after the tenancy? The staff make you write a good review as soon as you sign up. Their service is appalling. Few key highlights: -Took months and months of chasing to get deposit returned -Huge sums charged to the house for minor damage/cleaning fees. -We were robbed but took them a week to send someone out to secure the house Once you sign, you might as well not exist - this is how they make you feel. If you want anything done after signing - best of luck getting any service whatsoever.
If I could put 0 stars I would. We got our property in a vile state, yet they penalised us at the end of the year for damage that was there before we even moved in to the house. They also charged us a £400 cleaning fee that they took off our deposit. When we asked for the receipt for the clean the year before (prior to when we had moved into the property), it was £180. They tried to say prices had gone up, but by £220 was an obvious lie. What you will notice is all the positive reviews on here are about them helping you find a property, this is because they ask you to leave a review once you’ve signed with them. Once they have your money, they become utterly useless and impossible to get a hold of. The washing machine in our house broke with the majority of my clothes in, forcing me to have to go home, they took 10 days to get someone over just to release the door and let my clothes out. Needless to say some of them had to go in the bin.
An excellent lettings agency in based within Selly Oak. A brilliant team dedicated to ensuring properties they look after find a suitable tenant. Would definitely recommend Property Solutions to any landlord.
Property Solutions have time and time again let us down. During the tenancy simple maintenance tasks took over 6 months to complete, including having a working flushing toilet. Upon moving into the property the garden was overgrown - contrary to how it was seen when the contract was signed. Again, it took 6 months to resolve this, with workers leaving cuttings all over the front garden, leading to issues with bin storage which prompted action from Birmingham City Council. Upon leaving we have been given radio silence on deposit return. The agency has missed the statutory period to return deposit and seem to have no remorse over this. I highly recommend you do not let with Property solutions unless you want a house that is broken and to lose your deposit.
The worst agency that I’ve been through during the tenancy and after the tenancy first comes with their customer service they’ll impress secondly once you get into the agreement then the hell begins especially with us we had a house with them house was not cleaned properly before they handovers to us even the garden is with a pile of garbage with grown grass around can’t even step in third when it comes to the maintenance they took days to get fix it even a shower tap and fire alarms which are soo sensitive in UK but any how we carry forwarded for 5 months ends to our contract here comes the climax they insisted us to pay 300 £ for cleaning which is for nothing once we agreed there is one more surprise awaited for us which 100£ more for the garden cleaning which we never stepped into it because of the scrap from beginning where we get fed up by asking them to clean since we moved finally it tooks around 4months for us to get our deposit with a deduction of 400£ for nothing their service was worst than ever I had even the agents they don’t know how to give manners I think they need to be educated by seeing these kind of reviews above and beyond…I highly recommend you people not to go to this agency to hire a house…
